By using the App, you consent to receiving ads that align with your interests, based on your device type, usage patterns, and Advertising Identifier.                       Account Management and Sync: If you create an account, your information is used to authenticate your access, synchronize gameplay progress (e.g., unlocked levels, saved game states, accumulated points, and earned achievements), and ensure a seamless cross-device experience (e.g., continuing a puzzle on your tablet that you started on your phone).

                      Communication: Inform you about important App updates (e.g., new feature launches, critical bug fixes, seasonal events), changes to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, or responses to your support requests (if you get in touch with our team). 7. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Ball Haven: Brain Play account and all associated data, you can do so through one of the following methods:

                      In-App Request: Open the App, navigate to the "Settings" > "Account & Privacy" page, select the "Request Account Deletion" option, and follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request. You may need to verify your identity using your registered email address to ensure the security of the request.

                      Email Request: Send an email to our support team at RubenArnold1397@icloud.com with the subject line "Ball Haven: Brain Play Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email address (linked to your App account) and a clear statement of your request. Our team will verify your identity within 3 business days and complete the deletion process within 14 business days, unless additional time is required for legal or technical reasons. We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is finalized.

Please note that once your account and data are deleted, all gameplay progress, achievements, points, and account-related information will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

8. Security Measures

We implement industry-leading technical and administrative security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification. These measures include:

                      Encryption of data transmitted between your device and our servers (using TLS 1.3) and encryption of data stored on our servers (using AES-256 encryption) to prevent interception or unauthorized access.

                      Strict access controls limiting access to personal data to authorized personnel only (e.g., customer support, technical teams, and data analysts) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Access is granted on a "need-to-know" basis only.

                      Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of the App and server infrastructure to identify and address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. We also update our software and security protocols regularly to stay ahead of evolving risks.

While we strive to ensure the security of your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will take immediate and appropriate action to mitigate any known breaches, investigate the cause, and notify you as required by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.
